Issue Container Tab

When your system uses containersThis feature is available in edit mode and read-only mode. It is a division level setting. Access to this feature activates the Containers option for a division. When the Containers setting is ON for a division, the Manage > Containers option and the Manage > Container Types option are enabled and the user may reach the Manage Containers page and the Manage Container Types page in the web application. In the mobile application, the Manage > Containers option is enabled and the user may view the container list at a site. Edit access grants the ability to add, edit, and delete a container and the ability to add, edit, and delete a container type in the web application and the ability to add and edit a container in the mobile application., the Issue form has a Container tab. Use this tab to issue the container. When a container is issued, all items in the container are automatically added to the Issue order. After the issue is complete, the container is deleted.

Note: During a container issue, the container is issued in full and then deleted from the system.

  1. Select Orders > Issues from the Main form to reach the Issue form.
  2. The Issue form appears. The Header tab is to the front.
  3. Order # field: in batch mode, enter the order number. In RF mode, enter or select the order number.
  4. Customer field: select the customer for the issue.
  5. Press the Container tab to bring this portion of the form to the front.

  1. Select the site-container that you want to issue.

  1. Press the plus icon .
    1. A container with assets cannot be issued.
    2. A container must contain consumables to be issued.
    3. A container is fully issued. A container may not be partially issued.
  2. The Details tab appears. The item-quantity for each item in the container is added to the order details.
  3. Press the Save icon .
    1. IntelliTrack Mobile RF: The container is issued and deleted.
    2. IntelliTrack Mobile Batch: The container is issued and deleted in batch mode. The next you perform a data upload and process it, the container will be issued and deleted in the main application.
